The AirSense 11 Elite delivers a constant prescribed pressure, adjustable from 4 to 20 cm H2O, on the same platform as the AirSense 11 AutoSet. It has a built-in cellular modem, Bluetooth for the myAir app and an SD card slot.

Safety history
- 2024-05 · ResMed pushed an over-the-air software update (SW04600.11.8.0.0, 16 May 2024) to reduce humidification error messages shown on AirSense 11 devices under certain operating conditions. It is classified as a Product Defect Correction in Australia and a Product Correction in New Zealand. No device return is required. ResMed does not state which variants (AutoSet or Elite) are affected. Source
