The prisma SMART is an auto-adjusting CPAP from Löwenstein Medical, set between 4 and 20 hPa, with two pressure-adjustment dynamics (Standard and Dynamic). The manufacturer declares about 26 dB(A) at 10 hPa and a weight of 1.2 kg without humidifier.

Strengths

- Distinguishes obstructive from central apneas using FOT, according to the manufacturer.

Watch out for
- The prismaAQUA humidifier is sold separately: it adds 0.6 kg and a 14 x 13.5 x 18 cm module.
- No Bluetooth or built-in modem on this model: data goes through the SD card or an external modem. The plus and max versions add these features.
- The HYBERNITE SUPERDAY heated tube is only available as an accessory.
